We have the Comox Valley’s only traditional wood-fired brick oven! Our hand-built oven bakes using a natural wood fire right inside the cooking chamber. By day, our brick oven is cooking delicious Italian-style pizza with a thin crust that's light and bubbly and covered with mouth-watering toppings. After hours, the residual heat retained in the clay fire bricks is used to bake our popular artisan sourdough breads, ready to buy fresh each morning. The taste is unique and can’t be beat!
